Use The Decoder In "Nancy Drew Danger By Design"

Nancy Drew: Danger by Design" is a computer game.


"Danger by Design" is the fourteenth Nancy Drew computer game case file, according to Adventure Lantern. This 2006 adventure game by developer and publisher HerInteractive includes a series of challenges for players and the decoder presents a major game challenge.


Monsieur Marchand


On the map, the gamer finds Pont Neuf. Monsieur Marchand's stand is on Square Du Vert Galant. You can purchase the code book for 8 euros. Monsieur Marchand will only trade the decoder for a bottle of 1968 Mouton Fouette. Read the code book for important information.


Decoder


The bottom of the decoder opens and gears are revealed. Set them to the dials as seen in the uncropped photo. Use the keyboard to type the first code into the decoder. Make sure that 0 and o are properly typed in to prevent a mistake. Don't use punctuations or spaces on the decoder. The zero is recorded with a / mark through it.


Results


When you type the code into the decoder, a decoded message will show on the screen. The English translation for the code is red, white, red, blue red. As the game progresses, more codes will appear for the gamer to type into the decoder.
