Instead of spending all your money at a water park, you can turn your back yard into a water park and invite all your friends over. You may not have all the rides that a water park has, but you can have just as much fun. The following steps will show you throw a water park theme party. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Send out invitations to your water park a few weeks to a month in advance. Get creative with your invitations. Include free tickets to your water park for admission.
2. Set up a Slip-n-Slide with a water hose. You can purchase a wide variety of slip and slides with things like tunnels and slides, two to three racing strips or with superhero characters on them.
3. Put up a plastic or inflatable pool if you do not have a pool in your backyard. You can find some pretty large inflatable pools at a reasonable price at department stores or online.
4. Play water balloon toss with teams of two in lines facing each other. One player tosses a water balloon to their teammate at the word "go" as the teammate tries to catch it without popping it. Each player should step one step backward with each successful catch and the team who keeps their balloon the longest wins.
5. Supply your party guests with squirt guns. You can purchase packages of cheap water guns pretty cheaply at department or party stores or give them the big super soakers.
