Throw A Football Farther

If you're an athlete, then you want the ball in your hands. When you are the quarterback on your football team, you're the star of the show. All eyes are on you and your fans depend on you to lead your team to victory. Solidify yourself as a skillful quarterback by throwing the football farther than others.

Instructions

1. Practice throwing the football every day. By practicing, a quarterback can master their technique of throwing the football. Each throw must be a little farther then the previous one.

2. Consider doing 50 push-ups a day. Gaining strength in your upper body and arms makes it easier for you to throw a football farther.

3. Rely on your offensive line to hold back the defensive players. Before throwing the football, a quarterback needs to wait until his receivers run down the field and are open.

4. Master the art of the quarterback scramble. Waiting to throw the long ball, a quarterback needs to move around and avoid defensive tackles. When dodging tackles a quarterback needs to remain behind the line of scrimmage.

5. Remember that when throwing the ball deep, a quarterback needs to change the angle of the throw and arc the ball so that it will fall at its peak and land in your receiver's hands.
