Instructions
1. Wash your strawberries thoroughly and cut off the tops. Dry them, cut them in half and place them in a bowl when you are finished.
2. Cut your cantaloupes in half and scoop the seeds out of the middle. Once the seeds have been disposed of, cut the orange part of the cantaloupe into chunks. Keep your cantaloupe pieces on the side, separate from your strawberries.
3. Chop the top off of your pineapples and discard. Then carefully slice the outer edges, removing the brown rind. Cut the meat of the pineapple into chunks.
4. Take your skewer and poke a piece of strawberry right in the middle as you slide it onto the stick. Do not push the strawberry all the way to the other end of the skewer. Remember that you need to leave some stick room on each side of the fruit so that people can hold the treat.
5. Slide a mini marshmallow onto the skewer. After the marshmallow, put a piece of pineapple or cantaloupe onto the skewer.
6. Alternate putting marshmallows and fruit onto the skewers until your kabobs are complete.
