Print Wedding Invitations At Kinko'S

Print Wedding Invitations at Kinko's

Newly betrothed couples are often surprised to discover the amount of time, expense and thought required when planning a wedding, however simple the plans may be. Selecting and printing wedding invitations is a crucial step in that process, one that should be completed at least six weeks before the wedding date. If you are printing your invitations at Kinko's, now known as FedEx Office, you can do so either online or in the store.

Instructions

Online Printing

1. Go to the Kinko's website. You can find this easily by putting "Kinko's" into most general search engines.

2. Select "Cards and Calendars" from the "Order Online" menu on the left-hand side of the page.

3. Click on "Invitations" in the "Design & Print Center" menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

4. Choose "Wedding Invitations" from the list of invitation options.

5. Scroll through the invitation samples to select your design. There are over 1,400 design options for you to choose from.

6. Upload an image, if your design scheme requires one. Customize the text of the invitation using the form provided to you on the site. Verify that all of your information is accurate; you cannot alter anything once you select to print them.

7. Follow the prompts that you are given to register with Kinko's. Enter your billing and shipping information.

Printing in the Store

8. Find a FedEx/Kinko's or FedEx Office store near you.

9. Ask to speak with a representative about preparing wedding invitations.

10. Peruse the wedding invitation guide available to customers and select the design scheme you desire. If the design scheme you want requires a picture, have a picture or several pictures ready that you would like to use.

11. Select the type of paper onto which you want your invitations printed. Choose how many you want and the types of envelopes you want with them.

12. Provide the FedEx Office clerk with your selections and any necessary photographs, etc. Verify your information including names of the betrothed, location for wedding, times and dates. Ask for a proof before the entire batch is printed.
