Plan Drinking Games For A Bachelorette Party

Games are absolutely essential for any bachelorette party, and for those parties that include alcohol, drinking games are a great way to liven things up. Most drinking games involve performing a task, answering a question or competing against another person or team. Whoever fails to perform the task correctly, answers the question wrong or loses has to drink. As the game goes on and people drink more, it becomes harder and harder to avoid drinking. And that's the point.

Instructions

Prepare for Drinking Games

1. Plan what type of alcohol you want to use for the drinking games. Weak drinks work best. Playing drinking games with hard alcohol will make for a short game and a short party.

2. Visit a discount liquor store or warehouse store to save money on bulk alcohol.

3. Buy bottled waters to keep handy. It's nice to provide your guests with water to stay hydrated when drinking a lot.

4. Make a special party drink. Mixing an alcoholic punch for the party is a great idea if you are playing drinking games because you can control how strong the drinks are. Choose a punch that goes with your theme. For instance, a mai tai punch would work great for a luau theme.

Choose Drinking Games

5. Consider bachelorette-themed drinking games. You can find bachelorette drinking games like "Drink or Dare" at various online stores like Bachelorettepartyfun.com. To play "Drink or Dare," each contestant spins to choose a dare. If they don't want to do the dare, they have to drink.

6. Play traditional drinking games. Anyone who went to college is familiar with "Quarters" and "Beer Pong." While these games may not be bachelorette party specific, they are tried and true.

7. Plan when to play drinking games during the party. The best times to play are in the beginning as icebreakers or toward the middle of the party. That way, by the end of the game, everyone is in a really festive mood.
