Instructions
1. Hawaiian Luau Decorating
Focus on items such as palm trees, Grass skirts, Tiki torches, tiki figures and allot of flowers.
You can purchase the flip flop lights shown in the picture or any other Luau lights at your local party supply store.
2. Hawaiian Luau Food ideas
Haupia is a coconut pudding.
Kaulolo is a taro pudding.
Liliko'i is a passion fruit.
Lomi Lomi is a salad of tomatoes, onions, chili peppers and salted fish, usually salmon.
Papaya, mango, kiwi and pineapples are great fruits to make a fruit salad.
Poke is chopped raw fish (often skipjack or yellowfin tuna) sprinkled with Hawaiian salt, ground kukui nuts and limu (seaweed).
Serve Hawaiian punch or order Hawaiian pizza!

3. Hawaiian Luau Music
Play Hawaiian music in the back ground. Music from the Beach Boys is great for Hawaiian Luaus.
**Have hula dancing contests to add to the fun.

A Luau would not be complete without leis. Leis are a symbol of aloha. Buy one for each of your guests.
