Gun locks are available to gun enthusiasts to prevent unauthorized used of the firearm. They are a simple solution to combat a serious problem. There are many possible gun lock designs, but Smith & Wesson decided to feature gun locks that are made by Master. These locks are cable locks and can be used with any of their pistols and revolvers because the cable itself is quite long for versatility. The cable can be run in and out of the pistol or revolver for effective use, depending on the design of the firearm.
Instructions
1. Insert the lock-specific key into the lock cylinder.
2. Turn the key clockwise to release the lock. Pull the removable end of the cable out of the lock.
3. Slide the cable out of the pistol or revolver. There are many ways that a gun lock can be installed into a pistol or revolver to make the firearm unusable, so the more creative you are when installing the gun lock, the more creative you will need to be when removing the lock.
