Teen girls can celebrate their birthdays together for a variety of reasons, such as being twins or simply due to having birthdays that are within a couple of days of each other. When coming up with ideas for celebrating a multiple birthday party for teen girls, there are a variety of themes to choose from that will make all the birthday girls happy. Does this Spark an idea?
Double Trouble Party
Make invitations by folding a 9x12-inch piece of card stock in half and gluing a picture of each of the birthday girls on the front. Then write the party information on the inside. Decorate the party area with balloons and streamers that are two different shades of the same color. Set a table with two different shades of cutlery. Have a scavenger hunt by dividing the teen girls into teams, with the birthday girls being the leaders of the team. Give the girls a list of items that they have to find along with bags to put the items in. Serve food that corresponds to the "double" theme, such as double-decker sandwiches and two different kinds of french fries.
Polka Dots and Stripes
Invite the girls to the party by hand-delivering a plastic ball with stripes drawn on it and party information written on a piece of paper and glued to the ball. Hang different-colored paper plates on the wall to represent polka dots and tape streamers up and down the wall to represent stripes. Blow up balloons and draw dots and stripes on them. Make picture frames with the girls where they draw circles out of puffy paint and glue on ribbon for stripes. Take a picture of the girls to put in their picture frame. Let the girls make their own round pizza and have them put toppings on their pizza that are in the shape of stripes.
Cowgirl
Write party information on a piece of paper and tape it to a bandanna to send out as an invitation. Make a cowgirl hat for each of the birthday girls to wear. It should be adorned with glitter in the birthday girl's favorite color. Decorate the party area with cowboy boots that are filled with flowers. Hang cutouts of cactus and horses on the walls. Put a lasso on the table as a centerpiece and put a picture of each of the birthday girls in the middle. Teach the girls square dance and have a lasso-roping contest. Serve western foods, such as hot dogs, beans and chili.
