Because grocery-store and pizza-delivery coupons are so popular, it's sometimes easy to forget that restaurants offer coupons too. Register online, check the newspaper and ask your favorite restaurants about special programs to save big the next time you eat out.
Instructions
1. Register with your favorite restaurant online. You can register all of the members of your family, making sure to include their birthdays and anniversaries. Each time a special day arrives, you will receive coupons for meals and desserts in the mail. You will also be informed of any upcoming events the restaurant will host, such as free wine tasting and sampling parties.
2. Refer friends to get rewards from restaurants. Restaurants that participate in referral programs will issue you discount coupon cards that you can give to your friends. Your friends will get a discount off their food bill and you will receive a referral bonus. Bonuses might include cash off of your meals and free meals, desserts and appetizers. If your favorite restaurants don't have referral programs, suggest they start them.
3. Look inside your local newspaper to see if your favorite restaurant included any coupons. You may be able to find coupons for free happy-hour appetizers, free meals and free desserts. Check your mailbox to see if your recent pack of fliers has any restaurant coupons.
